Well, the Party Planning is going quite well. The Club is going to need some volunteer Elves before, during and after the event. (Green/red tights not required) Please look it over and PM me for any questions, comments and the areas you would be interested in helping with.
****The Real Santa has been located and will be making an appearance at our Christmas party on December 13th. His arrival time is around 4:00pm.

I can only imagine how kidded you were. Living in Texas for the first 27 years of my life, I didn't have that problem. "Jo" was everywhere. My folks did something different though.....on my birth certificate, it was Judyjo.  They changed it later to the current name. Kinda liked the first one.

Thanks, but you don't have to be there that early. The party starts at 2:00, so everything needs to be in place by then. Noon would be good. Thanks, (and yes, you NEED THAT DAY OFF) Tell them I said so.

That's great. I really appreciate it. The more the merrier. I am certainly going to need the long arms/height of Martin for a few things. I even have a couple decorating things we will put Andy in charge of, if he wants. I think we are all going to have almost as much fun during the decorating part. Thanks again.

I will help out with the Guitar Hero set-up. In fact, if it's a Wii, we could bring Rock Band that way more people can play at the same time.

I saw the Santa request above and couldn't help but thinking that John would be great - he loves kids, has a great deep voice for the ho ho ho's and would love to do it! Hopefully the outfit includes a white beard and hair! Consider him in. He's been a bit busy with work so hasn't been able to get on the forum but I'm sure he will be overjoyed that I have volunteered him.

Hi All
I was just wondering about the cookies. I have volunteered to help with the cookie and craft decorating. Who is making the cookies and who is bringing the crafts and cookie decorations? Am I supposed to do this? If so I need to get shopping and baking.
I will be there for decorating before the event.
