$20 GMRS radios on Craigslist

These look like the right radios for club events.  Perhaps a member who is more familiar with the GMRS requirements can verify this.   I did this search on Craigslist for no particular reason as I can always borrow one from work when an event comes up.  But $20 for a pair looks to be a good deal, especially the Motorola ones that can also take AA batteries.
