I don't think we are worried we are going to miss an event. For me I have a work schedule that varies. I want to be able to balance my work schedule, time with my daughter, other club functions & my vacation. Most clubs have drives/meetups planned in November/December & a preliminary schedule out by mid January. Do we have a time frame when the schedule will be out? Its been over a month when one would be "posted soon"

I know it's out of the area to but we kind of missed AMVIV 10 , I guess we might want to add other national events for people that want to plan a big vacation , like the Dragon or Minis in the Mountians.
