Calling all Elves who can help put the Christmas Party (December 11th) together! Lots to do and little time, so all are welcome to help. We're going to meet this Sunday at 2pm in the Seattle MINI Conference Room. If anyone wants to help with the many tasks involved, feel free to drop by. If you want to help, but can't attend or just want to be part of the setup or cleanup, just send a note to president@psmini.org and we'll make sure you're put to work!I'll bring some treats and if you wish to do so as well, please feel free!

No worries for those that didn't make it! We'll have plenty to do in setup and cleanup if you want to help out then and thanks for trying.
We had a great meeting and lots of energy and good ideas! It's going to be a really fun party with a few twists from prior years!

OK, Elves! It's ON!
We will start doing setup at 11:00 on Sunday. We need to do some prelim things like sweep the floor, set up tables and put the tablecloths on them (normally the caterer would do that, but we will so we can get the centerpieces set up). Then we need to set up the tree, hang lights, put the swags on the poles, set up registration check in, set up the game area, set up the raffle & silent auction and just kinda have a good time. I'll bring some snacks or something. If you have them, we might need some extension cords, a small ladder, ..... Feel free to bring a change of clothes and change into your party wear after we're done. If you decide to leave and return, that's fine too. The caterers will arrive around 12:30 and start doing their magic. and the party starts at 2! ....And then we have to clean up after the party ends around 7 and pack everything away for next year, so there's lots to do then as well!
