head rest addition or "neck pillow"?

When I'm sitting in my normal driving position, my head is two or three inches from the headrest, and I was looking for an add-on pad that would extend the headrest out to meet my head.
What I found, was a large variety of "neck pillows" that look like they might accomplish the same thing, allowing me to rest my head without tipping it back; is anyone using anything like that which they would recommend?
