Kudos to all who made the holiday party possible.  My husband and I had a great time.  It was awesome to finally put screen names with faces.    Thanks again to all those who contributed to the planning & happening of this event.

Snow and freezing rain from MV to Arlington.  So were bagging out.

Trying to call the Varsity Grill to make sure out spots are still paid-for, and no body looses out.  Been disconnected twice now... but I'll keep trying.

I live about a mile from I-5 so my trip home is a lot easier.

I understand what you are saying however.  There is an amazing assortment of idiots out there.  Heck, they've got  4 wheel drive, right?

I've got great tires for it (Pirelli Snow Sports) but am  more concerned about other people sliding into my family in the MINI versus me losing traction.  Last year was a mess getting up on the hill in the snow it seemed as though every lunatic with an SUV was on the road.

We'll see what happens, it's still coming down here.

We have a ground covering dusting in Mill Creek.  I have my performance tires on so am a little nervous too.

I've been watching the DOT cameras however and it must be snowing over your house and mine.   The rest of the area seems to not have any.

We had some flakes in Federal Way, but nothing noticeable on the ground. Looks clear south.

Does anyone else have snow this morning?  Right now I have 1/2" on the ground in Sammamish and it's coming down hard still.  If this keeps up I'll likely leave the MINI in the garage at home  and take the wife mobile.

Wildfamily,
What time will you/others be setting up?

We have people meeting at the restuarant as early as 10am for set-up.  We need all table volunteers (taking money for reservations, raffle tickets, and food items) by 1pm.  Doors open at 2pm for people to come in and mingle.  The food starts being served at 3pm.

If anyone has some "extra" time this morning, feel free to come join us!  If we set up early enough, we can crash downstairs for a quick bite, drink, a peak at a game, or just a well deserved break before the feastivities begin!

Can't wait to see you all there!

No reported problems on W-18.  If you haven't been for a while, you'll be surprised to find no stop lights - except at the beginning and end - and some new patches of freshly widened pavement.  Take it easy in the shady spots on Tiger Mountain.  Wave when you get to the new exit at 256th in Kent.  Good that you have lowering springs.  Truck got caught in the I-5 underpass on the way to the last Tacoma coffee.

Thanks!
Wildfamily,
What time will you/others be setting up?

PS.. Also, is W-18 safe to drive on right now/tomorrow morning? That will determine if I leave a few minutes early or not!?

Evening/Morning All,
Could someone bring an extra copy of the Voting Ballot for me tomorrow. My PC/NEW Printer are malfunctioning and it won't print, OR it prints mumbo jumbo stuff and is unreadable
Thanks!

I think PIXEL will be at KK at 12:30....depending on Seahawks
traffic....(Hopefully, I'll be in the car with Wife Unit, as well...I think PIXEL
would go on without us if we're late!!)

*BTW, to avoid confusion tomorrow: PIXEL is owned by Fred and Debby
Good, whose nicknames are Earl Grey and WifeUnit. We'll have our club
nametags on, too.

Funny you mention that. On game days they have half the parking lot reserved for customers, the other half being sold for $30 a spot.

We've never had trouble finding room during our regular doughnut runs. Then again, we've never been there that close to game time.

I live in Ballard/Crown Hill area - i can join you guys at around that time. Is there a place you have in mind so we can sync up? (plus i won't have to bother about directions - i'll just follow you )

Seattle folks usually meet at Krispy Kreme on 1st Avenue, down by the stadiums. Shall we say 12:30 meet time and 12:45 depart. I'll bring the GPS.

Just a note for you Seattle meeting people, Seahawks game @ 1pm.....this may screw you up......
