   Discovered a '05-ish MCS parked at a church in Puyallup.  Left a "You Were Spotted" card on the windshield.  I figured whoever the owner was cared about the car since they parked it waaaaaaaay out in the parking lot with no other cars around it.  Not too many details other than it was Pure Silver (top & bottom) with no bonnet stripes and chrome mirrors.  License plate # 463 XX*
