Cobra. And don't waste money on super range models - without a license you can only use the .5 watt frequencies - not the 5 watt bands that require an FCC license.

I found some review site and mistakenly bought these
I was able to hear the club members talk on Channel 7-21, but was unable to broadcast. So I returned them and got a pair of Motorola from Costco Everything worked fine after that.
