   What: Safe is Fast!  Wanna get the most out of your Go-Kart?  The best "mod" you can make for your MINI is some good old-fashioned drivers training for YOU!

The Porsche Club has invited us to be their guest for this fun event!

Driver Skills is a full-day course in the fundamentals of safe performance driving. You'll get lots of seat time, working 1:1 with instructors to improve your core performance driving skills: vision - looking ahead; effective car control; smoothness; threshold braking; understanding and maximizing your individual vehicle’s capabilities.

When:  Saturday March 12, 2016  
Time:  7:30 - 4:00
Where: Bremerton Motorsports Club
7500 SW Old Clifton Rd, Port Orchard, Washington 98367

The day's exercises include:
> Standard and advanced slalom courses
> Small and large diameter wet skidpads
> Braking and accident avoidance course
> Handling oval
> Autocross

The Driver Skills participation fee is $105, including a hot lunch. Limited helmet rentals are available for $25, with the fee waived for those participants under 21 years of age.

This event is just as good in the rain as it is in dry weather! Don't let weather hold you back!

	Hope to see a bunch of MINIs out there. This is a great way to "get to know" your car in a safe and controlled environment. I'll be volunteering so looking forward to seeing some of you out there.
