Warning: I had my seat cable brake(the cable that releases the seat to slide when you tip it forward to access the back seat) It appears one of the kids bent the cable with there foot. It was covered under warranty. Just wanted to let people know, if you do have passengers in the back to be aware this can happen.
When in doubt power out.

Finally had to schedule V40 software upgrade MINIROX been having ruff idle problems. Very intermittant only while Rox driving She drives daily. Please don't upgrade just to upgrade software, it may make a good running car have problems. If it ain't broke don't fix it.
When in doubt power out.

I think that eventually V39+ will be required to pass emissions... not necessary yet, but when you have to get smogged you may not pass with V38 and below...  I don't know if that is for sure, but I have heard (well, read actually) rumors...

Better.  Have had 2 rough idle events.  Usually when still not completely warmed up.  Idle just drops off a bit and is rough.  A quick touch of the pedal seems to clear things out.

Overall, the car is running better now that it has had time to adjust.  The sluggish feeling is gone.  She doesn't get driven a lot so it has taken a while.

The question is, "When you turn on your car does it return the favor?"
