Just install the aluminum skidplate.  Pretty easy install 15 minutes tops.

Since I had it painted the same color as the car it came out really nice.  My buddies at the body shop said it was to nice to put on the bottom of the car.  I think it looks good.

Well, being a ragtop the top is not shiny at all. So now it is; keep the shiny side down for me......
