Thanks to Pat for his help and his garage last Sunday.  We installed an Hsport 25mm sway bar and new Red Stuff brake pads.  One valuable lesson though, just install one mod at a time.  I have a squeak in the back end (of my car) and am not sure which mod is causing it.  I suspect it is the sway bar.  That will be this weekends project.

Did you start the week with clean wheels?  I'd really like to know if you experience significantly less "dusting", not to mention any changes during braking.  Those pads are on my top 5 list.  The bar is just a few steps lower.

I would guess sway bar, too.  You had a bit of that grease left over.  But, you have grease fittings, so it's not like you have to remove it again.  :)

I haven't had a chance to clean the wheels yet, but am excited about the prospect of not having as much dust in the future.

I'm planning to pull the wheels off tomorrow and give the grease fittings a squirt.  I hope that's it.  A writeup on NAM indicated that the brackets on the bushings are larger than stock so there is some dremeling that may need to be done to eliminate the squeak.

I got a couple days of spirited driving in before the rain came and can definitely notice an improvement in the handling.

Very Cool!  I'm glad to hear that you finally got to add those mods!
No complaints right?

I looked over the bushings, and thought "THAT's cool" when I saw the central groove in the bushing and the little slits radiating out from that.  I think the grease will distribute fairly well with the little gun you can get with bushing grease.  Good luck.

I lubed the crap out of the bushings today, but can see where the mounts for the bushing is making contact with the frame above it.  We'll see if the extra lube eliminates the squeak, but if not I may need some help grinding the frame a little to accomodate the bushing mount.

I have a great little air grinder that will fit in there nicely.  Bring some paint!  Pat
