Hi, everyone...I just wanted to say HI, and that I ordered a new MINI
from Northwest MINI....i should have it in 6-7 months......can't wait.

thanks!......i ordered the base model-seems a bit better on gas according
to the spec sheet.....
Hyper Blue w/Black roof
premium and cold weather packages
and the Harmon Kardon stereo.plus a few other little things!

Welcome to the group, the mods will come soon after the MINI arrives home. Or like some of use you may buy the mods before you get your MINI.....

what are mods considered to be???? you mean like the Harmon Kardon stereo i ordered???
or do you mean aftemarket stuff??

Aftermarket stuff......Glove box organizer, Euro Shelf, Aux Port or IPOD adapter, Air cleaners, wires, brake pads, etc....

what is a Euro Shelf, by the way???
hey, i just got an email from NW MINI saying i'd get a VIN assigned
this fall, so I can track it's progress at miniusa.com.....
I wonder if it will be another 6 months after that before I get my new
baby???

it is usually only a couple of months after you get a VIN. Not 6 unless
something goes horribly wrong... I think 2 or 3 at the most.

thanks!...I was originally told about 6-7 months from the time I
ordered, so I guess that sounds about right!! maybe I'll be lucky enough
to have a Mini-Christmas.

The euro-shelf replaces the knee bolster on the drivers side and give additional storage. It runs about $68.00 is one the best interior items you can get.
