Please flag these on Craigslist...

I promise I will stop beating this dead horse after this post.  Amazingly enough I do find some screw around on the web time and I usually start by checking for MINI's on Craigslist.  When I find an ad like this I flag it, and I suggest that you do too:



More flags=quicker removal.  Some people are beyond help, but some people might really not know that an older MINI still goes for much more than an older Kia or something like that.  This post is an attempt to cash in on that ignorance, so please help me stop it.  Thank you.

I'm assuming that if you email this person, they'll tell you it's on the east coast or something like that. In the end, it's just a scam.

In this case, the car was in Canada and all we had to do was pay for shipping through and escrow service and then if we liked it we'd send the rest, blah blah blah.  Obviously a scam, although you could have made that call on the price it was offered for alone.  I'm not against this because we almost got scammed (we didn't) but because somebody else out there will get taken on this.  We all have to look out for each other.

That being said, the one for $7495 in Lynnwood actually appears to exist- it's got some body damage so that is why it is so low.
