Steering wheel insert removal?

   Anyone knows how to replace the inserts from the 3 spoke steering wheel on a 2007 MCS R56?

I found this instructions from mossmini.com but it does not work for the R56. http://www.mossmotors.com/graphics/products/instructions/103-891_103-892_103-893_INST.pdf
