Is there a way to display the Last Post First when you visit a Thread?

Not exactly, but there are a couple of options.
1. On the main page, each thread has a yellow arrow that will link you directly to the latest posts in that thread since your last visit.
2. You can also see a list of the latest posts at the bottom of the main page.
3. You can sort a thread in reverse chronologically order by clicking on the "Message" header at the top of the first page of the thread.
