One of the many things I miss about having a MINI is not the car itself but the PEOPLE including a dealership that really IS VERY VERY COOL!

Rather than putting a big MINI sticker on the BOSS or having to go to the DARK SIDE Richard Stone of Seattle MINI is loaning me a car for the event. NOW HOW COOL IS THIS----------------THINK A PORSCHE DEALER WOULD DO THIS----------------------NOT!!!!!!

Just wanted to shout out about this GREAT ACT OF KINDNESS!!!!

Can't wait to see everyone------------------AND I'LL BE IN A MINI!!!!!!

Cheers!

Too Cool Greg - and Seattle MINI - There really is something special about the MINI Experience.  Dealers who care, People who love their cars, all of whom want to contribute and help those in need.  Of course there are some pretty special Porsche people out there too -

That is pretty impressive!

I wish there was a local MINI Dealership, like our Honda, Subaru, Mazada and VW.

I'm an old guy and I've purchased more than my share of cars (just ask my boss). I've dealt with MANY MANY DEALERSHIPS over the years in a variety of States across the country from the east coast, midwest and CA. Never have I had as pleasant an experience with a dealership from the service advisor, Rachael, the service manager (Kyle when he was there was TERRIFIC) to the various techs and shop supervisors to Chris that handles the detail/wash area.

I believe it starts from the top! My impression of Richard is he is a "CAR GUY" as well as a "BUSINESS MAN". He needs to make a PROFIT and operate within the rules of the dealership and MINI/BMW. Richard is smart and looks beyond the sale and this is where I think he excels. He recognises the LONG TERM BENEFITS of a good association with a CAR CLUB and is willing to help where and when he can! He knows it will pay off down the road not only with current customers but future customers.

It's just my .02 cents but I think it's paying dividends. There are a heck of a lot of MINI's on the road today, compared to just a few years ago.

Cheers!
