Help!

My daughter moved to Tacoma from Kansas City last fall to attend college and took the MINI. She needs new tires desperately but when I contacted NW MINI they quoted me really high.

She needs tires that can handle the wet roads and have a long life. I was thinking an all season tire would work best. She has high performance run-flats now but they have worn out only after 20,000 miles.

I would like to order from tirerack.com and have them shipped so I would also like to know where she could have them mounted at a reasonable rate.

Does anyone have any opinion on the Yokohama Avid TRZ? I think it will fit her 16" wheels.

Thanks for any suggestions you can give me.
Donna

I can't tell you anything about TireRack, but I know that Les Schwab does a really good job.

Check out the "Off Topic" section....There is a discussion under Big O Tires. This should help you out since most of the people discussing the topic live in Seattle.
Good Luck!

Since I moved here I have been using "Discount Tire" If you order them or purchase them through the store the mounting and balancing is free, otherwise it is $10.00 or so each for mounting and balancing.
Driving in Europe is more fun!
