Hey, I just wanted to update my MINI friends that I made the leap and traded in my first-gen MCS Convertible for a new 2015 (gen 2) JCW Roadster.
It was tough letting go of my convertible, especially since I had nicely modded it over the years, but I've been drooling over the Roadster for some time now. Since they are being discontinued soon, I felt now was the time to switch, and I'm glad I did. I ordered the Roadster in January and just picked it up from Seattle MINI yesterday. I'm super excited about this car. It's so much fun to drive, and has a great sporty sound. Everyone at Seattle MINI was great. Jay and Richard were super helpful. Funny you should ask. Richard was generous and surprised us with the free matching luggage. We were floored. The people at Seattle MINI couldn't have been any nicer. |

It looks great & the handling is excellent especially in sport mode when the steering becomes a bit heavier. The ride is reasonably settled on the standard suspension & 17in wheels. Congrats on the new car and the color combination is purely awesome. Enjoy your ride.
