Time: 09:15 Drivers Meeting/09:30 on the road. Please arrive between 9 and 9:10
Where: Fall City Community Park (green arrow is meet point/parking lot) Picnic Arrival: Around noon (Run is about 2 hours, maybe a little less) Route: Picnic Rally Route Sheet 2012 <- Please print a copy and bring with. Confirmed: 6 MINIs!  Route sheet posted, see above/below! *Please note the Fall City Community Park has a dusty gravel parking lot. The entrance is right at 203 off of Neal Rd. There is a serious pot hole on the left side of the incline up into the parking area. More details: -Please RSVP if you will join us so I get a rough idea of count and will wait if you are late. -RSVP not required but please be there early enough to hear the drivers meeting. -Radios encouraged, please bring a FRS radio. -PB4UGo, I saw a port-a-potty at the park but no idea what condition it is in. There is probably a coffee shop in town. -Please print a route sheet and bring it with you (Picnic Rally Route Sheet 2012) -We will be doing another dry-run of this on Saturday. Donna, yes Tracey will be joining as well. If I decide to lead this thing sans-navigator she'll be driving. Otherwise she'll be navigating. But either way she'll be at the picnic! |

The route sheet was updated earlier today. Going to practice this run tomorrow, Saturday, morning again just for fun. All are welcome but please PM me if you are coming so we know who to wait for.
Otherwise, see everyone for the drivers meeting on Sunday! |

Thanks to everyone who joined us this morning. We had 7 MINIs! Everyone did an excellent job of sticking together and making great time to Silver Lake. I saw smiles all around so hope everyone enjoyed themselves as much as Tracey and I. Was a pleasure leading this group.

Sounds like everyone had a great time at the picnic. I wasn't feeling well and decided to rest up for a busy work week. Sorry I missed the event...hope to see you all at the car show in Sept.
