Date Change! Join us for our annual Hood Canal run MINIs and Mums to celebrate our mums with a trip to one of the regions great gardens. Where to meet: North end MINIs: Meet and take the ferry over to Kingston (Times may change slightly with the ferry schedule. Stay tuned as the date gets closer!) South end MINIs: A drive over to the Grub Hut- 11130 NE State Hwy 104, Kingston, WA 98346 (Meet location TDB) Arrival 9:30 am With scenic back roads with views of Hood River Canal and the Olympic Mountains this drive will require our best photographers and scenery lovers! Many great stops along the way as well as a quick hike, make sure to wear good shoes and prepare for PNW weather! Highlights include: > Photo opp in Port Gamble > Whitney Gardens. > A waterfall > Alderbrook Lodge Some great twists & turns along Hood Canal Note: Whitney gardens does not allow pets and there is a $1 entrance fee. Lunch: Hama Hama Oyster http://www.hamahamaoysters.com/ More Options to follow! What to bring: -Your Mum! Or just a friend, family, or adventurous navigator (not required for this drive, come solo if you like) -FRS Radio set to channel 7.21. Come early if you need to borrow or help setting your radio channels. We’ll use the radios to communicate turns & keep in touch during the drive. -A camera, there will be plenty of scenery worth capturing -Sunglasses, sunscreen, hats & comfortable shoes or if weather dictates, sweaters, jackets & umbrellas. -Water & snacks for the drive -A full tank of gas in your MINI! -Money for the Ferry and $1 cash for Whitney Gardens |

We do have a bunch of people going.
