MINI Where: Varsity Grill in When: Sunday, December 9th Who: All PSMINI club and forum members (Heck, we’ll include anyone who loves MINIs as much as we do!) Dress: Casual, but holiday wear is always welcome Time: ??? – Go home Buffet Seasonal Fresh Fruit Menu: Vegetable Platter Varsity Pasta Primavera Dessert: To keep down costs and to have a little fun, we will have a potluck dessert table. Costs: $25 per adult and $15 per child (12 and under) CHECKS are appreciated at the door and the bar. Note – PS MINI will be giving a discount to paid PS MINI members. There is one discount per membership; membership must be active as of Events: Food collection for Tacoma Food Bank
We are limited to ~225 guests, so sign up now!

If you know of anyone that was missed, please be sure to tell them about this post & encourage them to come. We're looking good as far as signups at this point, but I wanted to remind everyone that you need to be signed up by 11/15/07 if you want to receive additional free raffle tickets for everyone in your paid party.

Hey everyone. Hope all is doing well I am sorry I have not been able to get to
the planning parties but the restaurant is soo crazy right now with holiday parties. I have not even been to the PSMINI site in almost 3 weeks (thats a record for me cause I am usually on it every day) We here at Varsity Grill look forward to having you all next week the party will be a great time. As a reminder ... one of the aspects of this party is providing food donations for the Tacoma Food Bank. Not only will you get extra raffle tickets for your donation, you can leave knowing that you gave a little something back to the community. (Something desperately needed this time of year.) Jeff has volunteered to take time out of his schedule to deliver the food on the 10th. I know he's super busy right now, but I'd like to see him have to make at least 2 trips to deliver it all! So, reach inside those kitchen cubbards and find items to donate! We will also accept cash donations that we can deliver to the Food Bank to purchase items they find most needed. Another aspect is the dessert pot luck. Please bring your favorite homemade holiday dessert. Or, for those a bit challenged in the kitchen - whatever Hagen, Safeway, or your favorite grocer have about. Final reminder - Please be sure to bring cash or check to cover the cost of the buffet and any adult beverages you may wish to purchase. My iPhone says it will be sunny and 39 degrees Friday, so there's hope
for Sunday!... and the iPhone is NEVER wrong.... ;) Should we plan a group photo in that "back lot" Jeff spoke of? Is there a good vantage point to shoot from? Sure would be cool.... You did have a really good idea! If you, and perhaps your lovely spousal unit, would like to do this - by all means the club welcomes your help. These photos should make the next Newsletter - setting the new attendance record is a big deal!!!!!
