On April 7th, I spotted a newer Pepper White MINI with black top and mirrors at the Crossings shopping center in Federal Way. Other accessories I noticed at a glance: sunroof, chrome grill and 6 spd. manual. Partial plate #: 869 YO* I left a "You Were Spotted Card" under the wiper. Maybe someone knows the owner?
