Saw twice now in parking lot across from Elmers in Lynnwood yellow mini with black stripes. Left a PSMini card. Also coming back from Edmonds older couple waved in Green mini also saw twice. Driving around Everett metalic blue, green at Kasch Park, black waved in Safeway parking lot and gal at thrift store with black mini and British flag on roof and red mini at Mukilteo Lighthouse Park.
