We spotted this nice looking convertible MiniS heading north on I-5 around 11:00AM

Hey - that's us!!! Cool!

We live down near Woodinville, but were heading up to the North Cascades Scenic Hwy for the day. We booked up I-5 as far as we could stand it, hoping to have time to make it as far as Diablo (we did, and it was gorgeous!) Took 9 all the way home. Great day.....

Were you in your MINI? Sorry if we were totally oblivious and didn't wave!

Great picture, by the way. I don't know how you managed it, considering we must have been bookin' along at least ...... er..... the speed limit.

No, we don�t have a MINI yet. We were coming back from SeaTac. I was tired from the flight and my wife was driving. You came up behind us, and we did the right thing and yielded the right of way to faster moving traffic, even though we were going above the speed limit.

However, we both got stuck behind slower moving traffic and stayed almost side by side for awhile and I just grabbed my camera and took a couple of shots.

I took three shots, all from the rear. If you want them, you can have them, just let me know. I'll PM you a link.
