Those are really cool. We just became members but coincidentally we ordered a set from miniswag.com earlier this week to try and 'toughen' up our 'yet to be named' MC.
They had this cool (yet not very tough looking) Silver Union Jack set that will go with our Silver MC that we ended up getting but I didn't see any that would look good on Pixie. Where did you order yours from?

You can find Emily on NAM as StoopidGirl and can PM her there. There's a thread on NAM right now (YAY!!!! Guess who is coming to the Dragon!!) that has samples of her eyes and shows a few cars with them installed - including our very own 'phydeaux'! She lives in Scottsdale, drives a specially painted pink Mini, and some of her photography on Flickr is pretty awesome. Linda |

OH NO.. I better not let my daughter see that. She wants a Pink and Black MINI really bad. She has had to settle for 'sharing' a Pure Silver and Black MINI with my husband. (she is saving up to get a Pink/Black/White Union Jack decal for the roof). Thanks for the info on the eyes. I will certainly look into them. |

The poor Brits, getting their flag decimated. What would America say if they saw our flag with pink stripes? Back to the eyes, VERY NICE! Glad someone came up with a wide selection. |

I received the eyes yesterday. After I installed them, I noticed that the colors are very muted. I think that this might have been due to the printer, and was wondering if there was a way that I could check to see if I needed a reprint? I'll post pictures sometime this weekend. Thanks for the group buy! I appreaciate it!

Ok, got the pictures... here is one of the passenger side eye. As you can see, the white of the eye is more tan in color, and the blue isn't as bright as the posted pictures on page 3. Is this just me?

YakiMini: Actually, yours are the Electric Storm eyes which are black with Blue Lightning bolts, while mine are the Electric Blue. The whites on all of them are not what I'd call pure white, but I can't remember if the Electric Storm ones were any darker than any other, to be honest. It's going to be hard to tell over the net due to all the variations in photo conditions and monitors, etc. What you should probably do, if you want to follow up, is contact Emily and see what she says. You can reach her as StoopidGirl on NAM or I'll PM you with her email. You might also go back to page 4 of the Group Buy and look at the Electric Storm there to see how they compare or go back to the poster at www.digitaltuls.com/eyes (click on the expand icon to see them larger). I actually thought that since you are blacking out a lot of your chrome the that Blue/Black checkered eyes would have looked pretty cool on yours. The one set of checkered eyes ordered by Chekm8 were pretty nice. Love the InvisiMini photo! Linda |

Thanks Linda! I do like the eyes alot, or just the concept of them. I was hoping for a little more white"ness" so that they would stand out better in contrast to all of the black that YakiMini will be sporting. Thanks you for your time. Tristan |

one of both is a bit overexposed... sorry...
