I'm sure Brenda will have more details as things get closer, but as far as dress goes: clothing is not optional.

Dress is casual, but you're free to arrive in fancy duds if you'd like. Last year I wore a MINI t-shirt from Hawaii MINI.

There will be a different thread for the official sign-up/registration as well as a link to PayPal. In addition, there will be a separate thread for volunteers for the party planning (setup, decorations, prizes, tear down, etc). I will post those links here when that gets setup, so stay tuned... I keep meaning to ask; is it okay to stop by and just hang out with fellow MINI pilots without RSVP? I have a flag football tourney that weekend and I'm pretty sure I'll still be playing by the time of the party. Obviously eating is out of the question so no feasting or me.

This was my favorite event by far last year (well apart from getting to drive my car around!)
 
The food is delicious and well worth the money. Combined with some beer or wine it makes for a great meal with good friends.
 
And just a reminder to everyone.....parking is around back.  Seattle MINI needs the front lot for the customers coming in that may one day join our group :)

For those new to MINI this is a great event to meet all your new MINI friends!

For those that have met before this is a great way to end out the motoring season by swapping stories and reminiscing about the great year we had with our MINIs/Minis. (I've got a request to showcase "the evil bolt")
