   Dear PSMINI Member,
First of all, the PSMINI Board cannot thank you enough for your continued support of the club. Truly, thank you for being a member and supporting the Puget Sound motoring community.  

We now need your help in making sure your forums account is accurately marked and tagged as a Paid Member. We've got some changes coming to the forums for PSMINI members and we don't want you to miss out! It's a quick check and here is how to do it:

Make sure you are logged into the forums (your username shows you are logged in).

Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find "Member(s) Online".

Click on your username. 
If you do not see your username you are either not logged in or have set your profile to hide your online status. If you are hiding your online status see 2b at the end of these instructions. 

You are now at your member profile page.

You need to verify the Group that your username belongs to. 
If you are marked as a "MINI Motorer" the forum system does not recognize you as a PSMINI Paid Member. You might not be and that's OK by us! Please continue to use the forums as you always have.

A group that begins with "PSMINI" means the forum recognizes you as a paid member.
Example of a paid PSMINI Member

Be aware, we have a handful of PSMINI groups. A "PSMINI Member" has recently joined. As you post more you'll receive more stars. As you gain stars you'll get a new group. The important thing to verify is that your group begins with "PSMINI" if you are a paid member.

If you find that the group assigned to your username is not correct, for example if you are a paid member but the forum has you in the "MINI Motorer" group, please do the following: 
     * Send an e-mail to psmini@psmini.org
          - Include your first and last name
          - Include your forum username
          - Let us know that you believe your forum status is in error and you'd like us to correct it. 

We will get back to you as quickly as we can. Please give us at least a week to respond to your e-mail and don't worry! We are not going to make any changes to the forum until we have had a chance to respond to everyone who believes there is an error. 

If you'd like to become a paid member please use this form.

2b instructions: So, you want to hide? No problem. At the top of the forums is a link for "Memberlist"; click that. It will bring you to a "Member Search" box where you can enter your own username and click "Search". You'll see your username; click on it. You can now go to step 3.
