Here's a quick flyer for anyone who would like to help get the word out! Let me know if you run into any problems with it or can't access it and I'll move it. Post them at work. Post them on community bulletin boards at the grocery store and the coffee shop. Hand them out to MINIs you meet and encourage them to come! I must confess to one concern however....We haven't heard 'officially' yet that Seattle MINI will be there. I'm just hoping that they will say yes to our invitation as they have in the past...

Thank you for the pdf. There's a couple Minis where I work (down the road from Triple X so they can't say they're not familiar with the area) who will be getting a flyer and a club card on their windshields!  -Steph

Yes, it will be the Countryman for sure. Don't think taking a stroller, diaper bag and 2 kids and a car seat will work in the Classic.  What kind of folding table Jack? Racing season wasn't do to anything serious...just some mechanical bits (transmission and head re-build) that finally gave up the ghost and ate into my racing budget. Will be ready for next year though!

We are looking for table for the registration area, swap meet, and for the trophies and prizes, etc. Any size or shape will do - and it is easier to fit most of them in a Countryman than a hatch. Glad it was something repairable when the budget allows - Racing is notorious for destroying engines, transmissions, and budgets - +

If you could get there around 8:30, that would be great. We have to be all ready to go by 9:30, but on-site registration starts at 8:30 and we'll be setting up and parking cars, etc. So glad you will be there!

So mad, Grape Ape got rear ended on the freeway last thursday and looks like they want to total it. Damage is not that bad ($6500) but they seem to think that Haury's will double the cost once they get it apart. When I ask Pemco where to bring it they said call the dealer and ask, so they said Haury's. It isn't even my fault and yet it looks like I still will loose my favorite car I ever owned.
I hope they change there mind, but I still plan on showing up to see all the cars at the show.

Hope there were no injuries... Hard to imagine PSMINI with out the Grape Ape MINI - Has been great at so may parades and events - tell them your club mates insist of a full repair or else an exact replacement. So sorry this has happend Cal and Brenda - here 's hoping for a fair settlement.

I am so sorry to hear about Grape Ape. Insist that they let you get a few different estimates and assessment of the damage just to make sure. MINIMNT just had extensive work, and I can't remember who did it, but Bruce & Stacie were very happy . . . that might be somewhere to get an assessment from.
I agree with Jack . . . Grape Ape has been such a cool part of the Club. Keeping my fingers crossed for a good outcome.

Oh no that really sucks, strange i have been having nightmares lately that Hope has been badly damaged!!! I know how it is to lose a car you love dearly, Had a Honda stolen n i loved that car. So Sad to hear. Hope to hear you have a new love soon.

Sorry to hear Calvin. Purple Haze MINIs are a rare breed and yours is one of the best around! Hope they can fix her up for you. Haury's is expensive..and yes, when I had mine done the estimate kept going up and up and up. They do great work, but they are not cheap. If the frame is straight and it's just bodywork I think you can trust other respected shops to do good work and a lower price. Haury's is noted for their great frame work as they have one of the only if any "factory spec" frame racks for BMW and MINI in the area.
